With literally thousands of software products offering some level of CRM functionality, hitting the top five in this incredibly competitive category is a tremendous honor.
Nutshell’s #5 ranking placed us ahead of such well-known heavy hitters as HubSpot CRM (#6), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (#8), Insightly (#10), Freshsales (#11), Zendesk Sell (#12), Less Annoying CRM (#13), Salesforce Sales Cloud (#17), and SugarCRM (#18).
Being named as one of the top 5 CRMs according to Capterra software reviewers is especially gratifying because Nutshell didn’t even appear on the 2018 Top 20 CRM Software report.
Before 2019, Capterra’s Top 20 lists were influenced by a number of factors in addition to reviews, including size of customer base and social engagement. Now, Capterra’s ranking methodology scores vendors on just two metrics: reviews and search volume.
