New resources to help you up your coaching game

    New Call-to-action

Sales coaching can be a critical multiplier for sales performance. Some would argue that it’s the main driver to increase sales effectiveness. Yet, too few seem to be doing it well.

That’s why we're making a commitment this year to do more for our clients and for the industry to help you improve your team’s coaching skills and abilities. Besides improvements to our software to make coaching easier and more effective than ever, we’re also launching a new “Coaches Corner” topic in our award-winning blog.

    What is the Coaches Corner?

Coaches corner aims to make managers better coaches and salespeople better salespeople.
    George Brontén

For our Coaches Corner, we’ll be interviewing top sales management and coaching consultants and asking them to share their best coaching tips and stories with us. Each Coaches Corner will tackle a specific coaching scenario, with insights and actions taken. When applicable, we’ll include charts, diagrams, and data to show you exactly how the coach worked and the results you can expect from applying these skills and tools for your team.

Coaches Corner will include a video interview and a blog article, so you can enjoy the content in the format that you prefer.

What Topics Will Coaches Corner Cover?

Coaches Corner will be focused on topics near and dear to the hearts of sales coaches everywhere, with detailed step by step guidance on how to tackle them. Some of our upcoming topics include addressing a rollercoaster pipeline, overcoming a bad attitude, helping salespeople build better bonds, improving win rates, and improving on-boarding speed of new hires.

In some episodes, we’ll take a quick look at the symptoms, how to identify the root of the problem from actual data insights, and what to do to address it. We’ll show you real results obtained at real companies that our network of experts have worked with.

    Who Will Coaches Corner Feature?

Each episode will include an interview with a leading sales management and coaching consultant. We’re excited to announce a series of upcoming episodes featuring Paul O’Donohue, award-winning founder and CEO of SaleStar and SalesStar Academy, as well as a series with Brian Kavicky, Vice President of Lushin, Inc. We’ll be adding experts to the line-up on an ongoing basis, so stay tuned!

If you have a great coaching story to tell and would like to be considered for an upcoming feature, we’d love to hear from you. Or, if you have a topic in mind you’d like us to cover, let us know that, too!

We look forward to hearing from you.
