Capterra, a digital resource for business software users, ranked each email marketing provider on their list according to a market score. This score was measured by the total number of software users and customers combined with social media presence.

“[Capterra’s] report assigns each vendor a unique market score that is calculated by number of users and customers (80 percent of score) combined with social media presence and Gartner Digital Market Reviews (20 percent),” said Rachel Wille, a Senior Product Research Analyst at Capterra. “With 600,000 customers and 1 million users, VerticalResponse was able to land in the Top 3.”
