Entitled “Sales Transformed,” the summit will feature thought-provoking keynote presentations, workshops and panel discussions on key trends and challenges facing today’s B2B sales leaders and their teams. Topics to be addressed include:

  • Winning the war for talent
  • Alignment of inside and field sales
  • Transforming sales with technology
  • Leadership development
  • Developing stronger customer relationships

Who Should Attend?

The summit will be held in person after two years of it being virtual due to COVID restrictions. Attendees will be able to connect, recharge and learn alongside new and familiar sales and marketing professionals coming from a variety of organizations, title-levels and locations. CEOs, sales directors, heads of sales, HR professionals, chief marketing officers and customer success managers are among those who will be in attendance.

Attendees at previous AA-ISP Summits included representatives from companies such as Cisco, Grainger, 3M, Genworth, United Healthcare, Hewlett Packard and Georgia-Pacific.

“Each time I went to the Summit, I learned that I have to continually reevaluate my tech stack,” said Karen Bolt Jones, vice president of sales at Conquer, providers of a sales engagement platform. “After my first Leadership Summit, I learned that I need to bring some of my team with me, because there is so much information and so many valuable tracks, we had to dive and conquer.”

“It’s the greatest sales tradeshow that you’ll ever see,” added past attendee Robert Beattie, head of sales acceleration at Modernizing Medicine, a software provider to the medical industry. “You can go there as a large organization and learn something or you can go there as a one-person shop and learn something. It’s a tremendous use of your management team’s time. It helped me become a senior leader.”
