Building Your Sales Culture Video

Most employees place personal value on the culture of their work environment and so building your sales culture can really pay off. There were times in my career that I was paid less but found fulfillment in a particular job because of the strong company culture. I couldn’t be easily swayed away for more dollars. Maybe you can remember a similar scenario in your career.

Here’s a few samples of what I feel is valuable when it comes to building your company’s sales culture. It’s non-negotiable to have an honest and ethical work environment that builds trust between each person. It’s also important to make sure your sales people know you are there to help them sell more and that you will keep your promises.

Another factor is to put in place a culture that puts emphasis on the team as a whole. Employees like to see good communication between all departments and see their leaders working together to solve problems.

I’m an advocate of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). This focused system, among other things, will help you in building your company’s culture. I encourage you to look into the EOS system and pursue it. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the EOS system.

If you build a positive and enjoyable company culture for your employees, you will not have to pay as high a wage to keep them wanting to work for you. I’m not saying this to be cheap, but to be profitable. You can take those dollars and put them into other cultural and employee benefits to make an even more enjoyable work environment.
