Rob then jumped into a more outside sales oriented role at Paychex and then, later, with a Series A startup as the first sales hire. Shea (daughter, born 2003) and Cade (son, born 2004) came soon, and so did a loving, busy family life, an MBA, and a career in SaaS technology.
