DiscoverOrg, a best-in-class B2B contact database founded in 2007, acquired Zoominfo, another best-in-class B2B contact database which was founded in 2000, in early February. Great Hill Partners, a PE firm, invested in ZoomInfo in 2017 and reportedly made a 6x return on their investment two years later. Great job, Great Hill!
