Measured by qual opportunities per month. Spiff budget for monthly incentives/contests (keeps it fun). Cost of living limits incentive %. I sometimes see companies put a large % on closed won revenue and I’m not a fan. My comp metrics are related to annual top line revenue & S&M efficiency (LTV/CAC + Payback).
